To mark the anniversary of its opening to the public, the Casanatense Library presents a bibliographic and documentary exhibition curated by Maria Francesca Migliori.

Through a selection of archival documents, manuscripts, rare editions, scientific instruments and period photographs, the exhibition traces some of the most significant events in the Institute’s history and the figures who have accompanied its growth and transformations, from the 18th century to the present day.

The opening will take place on Tuesday 3 November 2026 at 4.30 pm in the Library’s Monumental Hall.

The exhibition will run until 12 March 2027.
