Access to the Library’s study rooms is open to anyone who is 16 years of age or older and in possession of a valid identity document.
Registration is required for the issuance of the card allowing access to the Library’s study rooms.
Registration is possible on the premises or via the website https://www.minervaaccess.it/.
It is possible to make a maximum of 4 requests at the library, or via the website https://www.minervaaccess.it/ (1 request is enough for works in several volumes or papers). With prior notice to b-casa.distribuzione@cultura.gov.it, and for justified reasons, more than 4 requests may be authorised.
A cloakroom is available to users where they must store water, food, bags and any other items whose introduction into the Library has not been expressly authorised.
The introduction into the study rooms of laptops, books, and photocopies owned by the Library is permitted.
