A new season of ‘Pomeriggi Musicali in Casanatense’ gets underway with a focus on great chamber music.
On October 22nd, at 4.15 pm, the Salone Monumentale at the Casanatense Library will host the first event of the seventh season of ‘Tra Musica e Poesia’, a series organised by the Presto con Fuoco Music Association in collaboration with the Casanatense Library.
The programme will be inaugurated by the Trio Accademia Antica, the stars of the concert ‘Armonie d’Autore’, a refined musical journey entrusted to three performers of proven experience:
- Alessandro Fratta, flute
- Alba Rodilosso, oboe
- Mario Cusimano, cello
The programme features works by Besozzi, Loeillet, Barbandt, Astorga and Mozart, creating a dialogue between Baroque elegance and European classicism.
This event marks the start of a new series of concerts that will accompany the audience throughout the 2026/2027 season, reaffirming the Biblioteca Casanatense as a privileged venue where cultural heritage, music and the arts converge.
Free admission, with a voluntary donation, is confirmed once again for this season.
