On Friday 20 June, the hours for free visits to the Monumental Hall will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On Monday 16 June, the library will be closed to the public for maintenance and painting of the entrance staircase. We apologise for the inconvenience.

On 16, 26, and 27 May, the library will be closed to the public for floor polishing operations in the entrance staircase.

On Thursday 10 April 2025, the Historical Library will not be open for the International Conference "Dialogue, Trust, Peace, Security in the World" in the Monumental Hall. The study rooms will be regularly open.

On Tuesday, 1 April 2025, due to the completion of work on the new lift, the library will be closed until 4 p.m. when the presentation of the book ‘Of Another Voice Will Be the Fear’ by Yuleisy Cruz Lezcano will begin.

On 10 April 2025, the Salone Monumentale will not be available for the usual visits due to the holding of the conference ‘Dialogue, Trust, Peace, Security in the World’ promoted by the Istituto Italiano per l'Asia.

Every Thursday in March 2025 it will be possible to visit the Monumental Hall and the Bilblioeca Museum Collections from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

From 3 March 2025, during regular opening hours (16 September to 30 June), it will be possible to visit the Monumental Hall and the Bilblioeca Museum Collections from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On Tuesday 25 February, the Monumental Hall will be closed to the public for video filming. We apologise for the inconvenience.

On Monday 10 February, the library will be closed to the public due to work on the goods lift. It will therefore not be possible to use the usual services. We apologise for the inconvenience.
